What we collect
When you use our contact form: your name, your email address, the reason you chose, and your message.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. These include your IP address, the pages you viewed, and the time of your visit.
To stop automated spam, we keep a scrambled version of your IP address and the time you sent your message, for up to two hours. It cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we cannot identify you from it.
We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind.
Why we collect it
We use your contact form message to reply to you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. You have written to us, so we have an interest in answering.
Server logs are kept for security and to keep the site working.
Who sees it
Only us, and our hosting provider, who stores the site and the logs on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages: 24 months, then deleted.
Server logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them, which is normally a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete what we hold
- Restrict or stop our use of it

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
