What a Community Interest Company is
Reflection Point is a Community Interest Company, registered in England.
That is a company set up to do something useful, rather than to make money for its owners. Any money it makes goes back into the work.
How this is paid for
The first videos will be paid for by grant funding.
We are also planning a separate set of videos for employers, covering how to work well with autistic colleagues. Employers will pay for those, and that income will help pay for the free library.
The library itself will always be free.
The people
Alex, founder and director
Alex has worked in video production for over twenty years, and has recorded hundreds of interviews and presentations to camera.
Angi, founder
Angi is a designer and animator, and has been central to shaping the organisation.
Simon, director
Simon has many years of experience in business, and supports a number of charities and good causes.
